You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Upload images of minors or create content depicting minors in any sexual context
• Upload images of individuals without their consent where consent is legally required
• Create deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated content without authorization

4. Credits & Payments

The Service operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased in packages: $9.99 for 10 credits, $24.99 for 30 credits, or $99.99 for 120 credits. Payments are processed via Card, Cryptocurrency, or Telegram Stars.

Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Free trial credits and daily free credits have no cash value and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MotionMuse AI Online and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload. Generated videos are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images you upload and the content you generate. We do not endorse user-generated content and reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR SPECIFIC QUALITY OF AI-GENERATED OUTPUT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTIONMUSE AI ONLINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by us.
